1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ha999" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the ha999 online betting and casino platform accessible at ha999.io, including all associated services, games, features, and functionality made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ha999 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on ha999, which grants access to betting markets, casino games, financial transactions, and support services.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transaction currency on the ha999 Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive provided by ha999 to Players subject to the wagering and eligibility conditions specified in the applicable promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to BDT deposited into a Player's account via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Prohibited Activities" refers to actions listed in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions that are strictly forbidden on the Platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to sports betting (including cricket betting), live casino games, slot games, Andar Ba har, and all other gaming products accessible on the ha999 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ha999.io, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future ha999 application.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. ha999 will notify Players of material changes via the email address registered to their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the ha999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ha999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services and products offered on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered and operated solely by the individual whose name and details appear on the account.
• You do not hold an existing ha999 account. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ha999 or been subject to a permanent account closure by ha999.

If ha999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period when an underage individual was using the Platform will be void and non-payable.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of ha999 Services, you must register a Player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ha999 strongly recommends enabling two-step OTP (One-Time Password) verification for enhanced account security. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

ha999 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• False, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided during registration or verification.
• A Player is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• A Player is identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or is subject to sanctions.

Players are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ha999 support immediately via live chat from your account dashboard.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ha999 supports BDT deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods approved for the Bangladesh market. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select card providers including Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits are processed in real time for supported mobile wallet methods. ha999 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ha999 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with ha999's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours; VIP account withdrawals are prioritised and typically cleared within 30 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating conditions.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's ha999 account.
• ha999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific bonus received. Winnings that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• ha999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank processing times beyond the Platform's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ha999 offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by ha999 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed the account registration and verification process. Each promotion specifies whether it is available to new Players, existing Players, or both.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a defined validity period. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated period will expire automatically.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on ha999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules will prevail.

With respect to sports betting — including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and hockey — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ha999 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available until the time of acceptance confirmation.
• ha999 reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded, where the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault, or where the odds were clearly erroneous.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. ha999 is not liable for bets that could not be placed or accepted due to in-play market suspension.
• Match or event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation rules are stated in the applicable sport-specific rules section of the Platform.

With respect to casino games — including live casino, slot games, and Andar Bahar — all games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or by live dealers from licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. ha999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ha999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access ha999 by any individual under the age of 21, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using fraudulent payment methods, performing chargebacks without valid cause, or misrepresenting your identity in any manner.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. ha999 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to such matters.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other Players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game or betting market, or exploiting inside information not publicly available.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over the Platform itself.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions, opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or engaging in any coordinated strategy specifically designed to extract bonus value without legitimate gameplay intent.
• Unauthorised Commercial Use: Using ha999 content, trademarks, logos, data, or any Platform materials for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from ha999.

9 Responsible Gaming

ha999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Player account dashboard. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or commercial exploitation of any ha999 content without prior written permission from ha999.

The ha999 brand name, logo, and domain name ha999.io are proprietary marks of ha999. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in URLs, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ha999 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the ha999 Privacy Policy.

ha999 implements industry-standard security measures to protect Player data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, hashed storage of passwords, and access controls that restrict data access to authorised personnel only. ha999 does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ha999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical faults, server outages, telecommunications failures, or any other interruption in Platform availability beyond ha999's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's own negligence.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by clearly identifiable technical malfunctions, which ha999 reserves the right to void and correct.
• Losses or damages arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ha999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

13 Amendments to Terms

ha999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to deposit/withdrawal rules, bonus conditions, eligibility criteria, or Player rights — ha999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information, may be made without advance notice. 14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ha999 operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market, and these terms are written in the English language. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English language version shall prevail.

ha999 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Platform, you should first contact the ha999 support team via live chat from within your account dashboard. ha999 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 working days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly between the Player and ha999 through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
